No. You pay the full first month when you book, so nothing is left pending. After that, you pay month to month.
If you paid the full first month, there’s nothing pending. When you arrive, you just move in.
You pay the full first month when you book; if it's your first booking, a one-time 10% welcome discount applies. Following months are coordinated with the host.
- At booking: you pay 100% of the first month, no remaining balance.

- Following months are coordinated with the host: card, transfer, or cash.
- The initial payment is securely processed through Stripe.
