Every apartment is furnished and rented by the month, for stays of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Prices are shown per month, in the currency you choose.

Pay your first month and wait for approval
Today you pay the full first month. If this is your first booking with HomeFlex, you get a one-time 10% welcome discount on that month. HomeFlex reviews your request with the host in less than 24 hours.

Visit, or move in directly
Once your request is approved, choose a self-guided visit with a lockbox, a free advisor, or move in directly. The final call is yours. If you need more time, request it from the property page.

On every available home you choose how to start. Both options are right there on the listing.
Visit without paying
- Pick one of the next five days and a one-hour slot between 09:00 and 18:00.
- Self-guided with a lockbox, or with an advisor.
- Secure verification on Stripe. Visit cost: $0.
- Confirmation by email. If you like it, go ahead and book.
