- Parking or storage unit. Only included when it’s clearly listed in the unit’s posting. Otherwise, it’s a separate monthly charge.
- Replacement keys and remotes. Lost keys or remotes are charged at cost by the building management.
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear. Standard rules apply under the rental laws of the country where the property is located — everyday wear is expected and never charged.
- Starlink Residential Max is free to request and starts unchecked in the booking form.
- You can use another internet provider while living in the home.
- Some units have an in-unit washer; others use the building’s laundry room. The unit listing will tell you which applies.
