Here’s an example for a studio listed at US$ 900 per month, with expenses included:

• First booking: US$ 810 today (10% welcome discount on the first month).
• Later bookings: US$ 900 today, the full first month.
• Following months: US$ 900 each, coordinated with the host.

You’re charged in the same currency you see on screen. If you view prices in Uruguayan pesos, you’ll be charged in Uruguayan pesos.

The 10% welcome discount is applied automatically, once, on your first booking with HomeFlex, over the full first month.
