Can the price change during a long stay?

1- and 3-month contracts keep the same price. 6- and 12-month contracts include a single scheduled 3% adjustment, shown before you book. There are no other increases.
For 6 months, months 1–3 are at the listed price and months 4–6 at +3%. For 12 months, months 1–6 at the listed price and months 7–12 at +3%. Each period's price is saved with your booking.
Contract drafting with a local real-estate firm signature is included at no cost and records the dates, price periods, and terms.
