Your initial payment goes toward your first month of rent, not a platform fee. Your dates and host chat are enabled when payment is received; before paying, contact the Help Center with any questions.

You pay the full first month when you book. If it's your first booking with HomeFlex, a one-time 10% welcome discount applies to that first month. Following months are paid month to month at the listed price. HomeFlex reviews the request with the host in under 24 hours; if it isn't approved, we manage a full refund that same day, to your original payment method.

Once Stripe confirms your payment, the home is removed from the calendar and held in your name for the dates you chose. The host stops offering it and starts getting it ready for your arrival.

You can cancel from your booking. Before paying, review the cancellation and refund terms shown for your dates; they are also explained under Changes and cancellations.
