Before paying, use the Help Center for questions about a specific home or the booking process. Host chat is enabled once payment is received.
Before paying, contact us through the Help Center. Once payment is received, you can message the host inside your booking. Keep the conversation in HomeFlex; do not share phone numbers or pay outside the site.
The more detail you share, the better our answer will be: which city you’re traveling to, how many days or months, how many people, your budget, dates, and any special needs (pet, remote work, late-night arrival).
