What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel from your booking. If it's because a visit didn't convince you, we manage a 100% refund with no penalties up to 48 hours after the visit; for a direct move-in, up to the check-in date.

How do I request a refund?
From your booking, using the Cancel reservation button. We manage the applicable refund that same day.
